LUNCH AND DINNER WITH SEA VIEW
For guests desiring total relaxation, tables are set for lunch and dinner under the portico overlooking the sea and in the garden in the shade of the holm oaks. Every day Chef Omar Martini proposes unusual interpretations of local produce, slow food specialties and vegetables from the estate’s kitchen garden. Each dish is prepared with great care and attention to the balance between taste and artistic presentation. The products are chosen according to the changing seasons and the dishes are based on traditional recipes revisited with creativity. The wines selected to accompany the food are all produced in the wine cellars of the Strada del Vino di Maremma, including the Monteregio di Massa Marittima, Montecucco or Morellino di Scansano and also DOC wines from nearby Bolgheri.
